3 Unique Gin & Tonic Recipes featuring Citadelle Gin


Earl Grey Gin and Tonic


Ingredients

  • 1 Twinings Earl Grey Tea bag
  • Lemon slice
  • Tonic Water
  • Citadelle Gin


Instructions

An hour before making cocktails make earl grey infused gin by steeping one bag of Twinings earl grey tea in 250ml/1 cup of Citadelle Gin for no longer than 1 hour.

To make the cocktail pour 25ml/1oz of earl grey infused gin into a short glass with a few ice cubes. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lemon slice.

Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin & Tonic


Ingredients

  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Citadelle Reserve Gin
  • 45ml Citadelle Gin
  • Tonic Water


Instructions

Wash and hull the strawberries. Slice in half or quarters. Muddle the strawberries with a good twist of freshly ground black pepper in a shaker, then pour into an ice-filled glass. Stir in the gin and top with tonic. Garnish with a strawberry and serve!

Pink Raspberry & Lim Gin and Tonic


Ingredients

  • Ripe raspberries
  • 50ml Citadelle Gin
  • 125ml Tonic
  • Fresh Lime


Instructions

Muddle the raspberries very lightly. Add lots of ice to your shaker or glass along with the muddled raspberries, gin, tonic and a few good squeezes of juice from the lime. Stir or shake for 30 seconds, until the juice from the raspberries has mingled well with gin/tonic mixture and the drink is chilled. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a slice of lime.
