1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine. Shake to combine.
2. Add ice to a glass and pour the mix over it.
3. Top with Highland Spring Sparkling Blackberry Plum & Hibiscus and garnish with an orange peel.

Slice your lemon into 1/8″ thick slices. Sprinkle both sides of each slice with sugar. Chard both sides with flame.
Shake vodka and sweet & sour mix well over ice. Pour into a glass filled with ice, and top with Highland Spring Sparkling Spring Water Pear & Elderflower. Garnish with charred lemon slices and rosemary.

2. Add the sherbet and top with Veuve Du Vernay Ice Rosé.
3. If desired, garnish with berries and mint.
