Plantation Cut and Dry Rum Sour

A classic recipe with a tropical twist! Made with Plantation Cut & Dry Rum, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and a few drops of bitters to bring it all together. This 3 ingredient recipe is sweet, tart, refreshing and fruity with the addition of the coconut rum infusion!

Fill a shaker with ice and combine Plantation Cut and Dry Coconut Rum, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake for about 30 seconds.

Strain the mixture into your prepared glasses and garnish with a few dashes of Peychaud Aromatic Cocktail Bitters and a lemon peel.
