Black Cow Vodka Pear and Ginger Cocktail
Ingredients
- 50ml Black Cow Vodka
- 20ml pear puree
- 10ml lemon juice
- Ginger ale, to top
- Cinnamon, to finish
- A slice of pear, to garnish
Directions
Add the Black Cow Vodka, pear puree and lemon juice with cubed ice to a shaker and shake thoroughly.
Strain over ice into a hi-ball glass and top up with ginger ale.
Garnish with a pear fan lightly dusted with cinnamon.
