3 Unique Gin & Tonic Recipes featuring Citadelle Gin

1. Earl Grey Gin and Tonic

An hour before making cocktails make earl grey infused gin by steeping one bag of Twinings Earl Gray Tea in 250ml/1 cup of Citadelle Gin for no longer than 1 hour.

To make the cocktail pour 25ml/1oz of Earl Grey infused gin into a short glass with a few ice cubes. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lemon slice.

2. Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin & Tonic


Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 45ml Citadelle Reserve Gin
  • Tonic Water


Instructions

Wash and hull the strawberries. Slice in half or quarters. Muddle the strawberries with a good twist of freshly ground black pepper in a shaker, then pour into an ice-filled glass. Stir in the Citadelle Reserve Gin and top with tonic. Garnish with a strawberry and serve!


3. Pink Raspberry & Lime Gin and Tonic


Ingredients

  • Ripe raspberries
  • 50ml Citadelle Gin
  • 125ml Tonic Water
  • Fresh lime


Instructions

Muddle the raspberries very lightly. Add lots of ice to your shaker or glass along with the muddled raspberries, Citadelle Gin, tonic and a few good squeezes of juice from the lime. Stir or shake for 30 seconds, until the juice from the raspberries has mingled well with gin/tonic mixture and the drink is chilled. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a slice of lime.
