Alexander’s interest in the Beverage and Hospitality Sector started from a young age when he assisted in his Grandfather’s shop - Richard’s on Baxter’s Road, Bridgetown. Now at age 26, Alexander can boast of 13 years in Hospitality having studied for an associate degree in culinary arts at The Barbados Community College, during which time he was employed at the Pommarine Catering Division. He took his education further by completing a BA in Hotel Management which required him to complete his degree in The Bahamas; this furthered his interest in Food & Beverage. On his return to Barbados, Alexander completed a short stint at The O2 Resort, before joining The Bearded Rose in 2022. His favourite tipple is a single malt whisky and is partial to Glenfiddich 15 year old.

1+ 1/2 oz Stoli Premium Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Orange Bitters
Fresh Blackberries
Pour all liquid ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake and strain into the glass.
Top with fruit on a toothpick.
1+ ½ oz Grant’s 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky
½ Aperol
½ Fresh Lime Juice
¼ Orgeat Syrup
Fresh Raspberries

1 shot Coffee
1 oz Simple Syrup

glass. Top with three coffee beans and insert a chocolate straw.
