Appealing floral aromas such as violet backed by notes of green apple, hints of pear and ginger. On the palate there is some honey creating a slight sweet feel. Touches of grapefruit leading to a crisp wine with balanced acidity. Light, with great minerality and certainly persistent on the finish.
