About the position
We are currently seeking Customer Care Associates to work in various Wine World retail locations. The position will report to the Store Manager and will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer service experience. We are seeking candidates with the personality and passion to succeed in this dynamic retail environment!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a friendly and safe shopping experience
- Assist customers with questions and product selections
- Provide a friendly and efficient check out experience for customers
- Continuously maintain a clean and organised store appearance
- Maintain attractive product displays
- Maintain a clean and organised store floor and stockroom
- Receive inventory deliveries and repack store shelves
Requirements
- Experience in providing excellent in-person customer service
- Organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to work weekends and special events
- Ability to work at multiple store locations
- Interest in wines & spirits
