The legend of "El Quinto Sol" (The legend of the Fifth Sun) The legend of "El Quinto Sol" dates to the time of the Aztecs. When the great Tenochtitlán, capital of the Aztec empire lived its splendor. The colour of Tequila Reposado Quinto Sol is of a beautiful dark amber resulting from 9 months spent ageing in white oak Kentucky Bourbon barrels maintaining some of the brightness of the cooked blue agave. All natural with no artificial colouring or additives. A perfectly balanced tequila, its profile exhibits a delicious taste and aroma of cooked agave, followed by slight notes of vanilla and soft citrus, with a touch of dried fruit. Not too sweet or too spicy, it is well-balanced with an elegant finish.
