Aged 2 years in French Oak Barrels. A perfected balance of rich agave and mosquite this aged mezcal delivers a vigorous palate of sweet oak, dates and raisins and lands in an explosion of green vegetables and spicy cooked agave with a long-textured finls. Mexicans insist mezcal should be something you share and not something you rush through. Traditionally mezcal is served straight and at room temperature in a wide clay pot called copita. This special vessel allows all the flavours and aromas of this artisanal spirit to open in a special way.
