Ingredients:

1 oz Plantation 3 Stars White Rum
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz coconut cream
2 oz orange juice
Ice
Pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions:

Add rum and orange juice to mixing glass and stir until combined.
Pour into a glass filled with ice.
Add Blue Curaçao by pouring over the back of a spoon.
Layer Coconut Cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
