Spicy Mango
Vibrant and reminiscent of the tropics, the Spicy Mango cocktail is a tantalizing concoction perfect for embracing the spirit of Dry January. Featuring the Santero Non-Alcoholic Mango Sparkling Wine and a zesty blend of lemon and lime juices, this mocktail promises refreshment without compromising on taste. Mix with sparkling or soda water for some extra bubblies - we recommend Highland Springs Pear and Elderflower for added flavour. Invigorate your taste buds so more by rimming your glass with Sweet Heat Coarse salt.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz 958 Santero Analcolico Mango Non-Alcoholic
- 8 oz Highland Spring Sparkling Spring Water Pear & Elderflower or soda water
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz tsp lemon juice
- ⅓ tsp simple syrup
- 1 lime wheel and mint for garnish
- Sweet Heat cocktail sugar for the rim (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir until mixed well.
- Add coarse sugar to a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of half the glass. Dip the rim of the limed glass in the sugar.
- Add ice to glass.
- Pour your mango mocktail over ice.
- Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprigs.
- Enjoy chilled.
