This cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet and tart, created from Grant's 12 year-old Scotch Whisky, Aperol, Lime juice and fresh raspberries. Shaken together and topped with ginger ale, these ingredients create the delightfully warm and fruity Raspberry Fizz.

Ingredients:

• Raspberries
• 1 ½ oz Grant’s 12-year-old Scotch Whisky
• ½ oz Aperol
• ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
• ¼ oz Simple Syrup
• Ginger Ale
• Ice

Instructions:

• In a shaker combine Raspberries, Grant’s Whisky, Aperol, Lime Juice and simple syrup.
• Add ice to shaker and shake.
• Strain into glass
• Top with Ginger Ale.
• Garnish with Raspberries on a toothpick.
• Serve.
