Ingredients:
- 1 oz Gordon’s Premium Pink Gin
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg white
- Soda water
- Ice
- 1 Sliced lemon peel to garnish
Instructions:
- Add Gordon’s Premium Pink Gin, Simple Syrup lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail mixer with ice.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker is cold.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass.
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
