Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Limoncello Liqueur
- 1 oz Citadell Gin
- 2 oz Lemon juice
- 1.5 oz Rose & LaFlamme Simple Syrup
- Soda Water to top
- 10 Mint leaves
- Lemon slice and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Add mint leaves, Limoncello, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker.
- Add the ice and shake for ten seconds.
- Pour into a highball glass.
- Top with Soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.
