Gin Fizz
A Gin Fizz is one of the best uses of a bottle of gin around, trust us. Renowned for its refreshing blend of botanicals, fizzing effervescence, and zesty citrus notes, this classic cocktail which has been around since the 1870s is only improved by the use of the Hibiscus and Sorrel flavour of Perkins & Sons Sugarcane Gin. The sweet and tart of this cocktail, the extra pop of botanical flavours and the creamy foam topping makes this a winner in our books.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Perkins & Sons Gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz Rose LaFlamme Grenadine Syrup
- Soda water
- Garnish with lemon twist (optional)
- 1 Egg White
Instructions:
- Place the gin, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold.
- Strain the drink into a glass and top with the soda water. If desired, garnish with a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
