Caribbean Barrel Punch

Ingredients:

1.5 oz El Dorado 8 Year Old Rum
0.5 oz whisky
1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the El Dorado 8 Year Old Rum, whisky, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters to the shaker.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
