Bajan Sunrise
The Bajan Sunrise cocktail has vibrant colours that imitate a typical Barbadian sunrise. This Cocktail is delicious and visually appealing, perfect for any occasion, whether you’re sipping it on a warm day or at a tropical-themed party. Its sweet and tangy flavor profile makes it a crowd-pleaser, and the bright blue color adds a fun twist to any cocktail menu.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Stade's Barbados Beach Vat No 1 White Rum
- ½ oz De Kuyper Blue Curaçao
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- ½ oz Rose LaFlamme Grenadine Syrup
Instructions:
- In a separate glass mix the White Rum and Blue Curacao,
- In a highball glass add the Grenadine and then slowly add ice on top.
- Slowly pour in the orange juice.
- Layer the Blue mixed Rum and blue Curacao on top.
