A straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and exhibiting aromas of medium to high intensity, where the herbaceous notes (fennel, aniseed, etc) and white fruit pulp type apple are pronounced. In the mount one can experience a wine with extreme freshness, and a persistent, long citrus aftertaste. Pairs well with Shellfish, Crab, Lobster, fish and fresh cheeses. With a squeeze of lemon it enhances the tangy, crisp, minerally of the wine.
