Light crimson with red hues. Fruit aromas of plum and cherry with dried herbs and subtle vanilla oak. A soft medium bodied red wine showing generous plum fruit flavours, clove, nutmeg spice and vanilla oak. This wine has a fine tannin structure which supports the fleshy ripe fruit and finishes with lingering plum and cherry flavours. Great with beef or lamb. Also perfect with roasted or grilled vegetables. Try it with slow cooked beef pot roast, bolognese sauce or braised lamb shanks with rosemary.
