Appetizer
Roasted butternut squash soup, finished with coconut cream
and pickled ginger buttered toast
First Course
Pan-seared dill butter Jumbo shrimp served on
sautéed spinach and mushrooms with a turmeric white wine cream sauce
Second Course
Surf and Turf: Rosemary red wine braised beef
basil-pancko-crusted fried salmon, served with
garlic red onion potatoes
and balsamic sweet chili vegetables
Dessert
Chef Creig's Rum Caramel Bread Pudding
with 1966 Coffee Rum Cream Sauce
