1st Course
12 hour cured tuna with yuzu aioli and sriracha foam
2nd Course
Roast portobello mushroom and Gorgonzola tartlet finished with a truffle cream
3rd Course
Pot roast shoulder of pork with horseradish mash and braising jus.
4th Course
Double baked cheese soufflé

- If the event is postponed your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you will be able to obtain a full refund.
