Beautiful limpid red colour. Warm, charming nose evocative of stewed fruits underpinned by a hint of forest undergrowth along with intensifying notes of resinous wood (cedar) and brambles. Starts of magnificently on the palate, soft and engaging, subtle and elegant, with nuances of black and red fruits (cherry, blueberry jam, fresh blackberry), light tobacco, caramel and vanilla. A delicate, elegant, very soft wine that finishes on floral notes of peony and cherrywood.
