A ripe and generous style of Sancerre with a real depth of fruit. The crunchy, herbaceous aromatic notes often found in Sauvignon Blanc have been skilfully restrained, allowing fruity layers of green apples and lemons as well as a sweeter note of dried apple rings and a hint of peach to show through. A well-crafted and pure Sancerre. Expressive and enjoyable. Love the feel of soft goat’s cheese with this Sancerre, however, it is also a great pairing for white fish and meat or use its vibrant acidity to cut through the oil in fried fish and chicken.
