The nose is elegant with notes of red fruit, gently roasted plums and mocha coffee. The palate is elegant, rich and unctuous with a lovely balance and black fruit flavours and hints of graphite. The tannins are smooth and balances beautifully with the acidity giving way to a full mouthfeel. One to seek out and try with the full-flavoured burger, meat based starters or a lovely warm meat stew with potatoes, yam and vegetables.
