How to prepare this dish

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 chopped bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1⁄3 cup of Plantation Rum
  • Soursop ice-cream


Instructions:

      • Place 2 tablespoons of butter in in the pan and let heat
      • Add banana to pan and let them begin to carmelise
      • Add plantation rum to pan and light
      • Move pan and allow to simmer on a low flame
      • Place ice-cream scoops in a bowl and add Banana Flambé on top
      • Top with cinnamon
