Salmon Filled Cucumber Boats
Filled with a lemon and dill infused cream cheese topped with smoked salmon roses.

How to prepare this dish
Ingredients:
1 packet cream cheese your choice
Zest of one lemon
Juice from two lemons
4 oz of smoked salmon, cut into 2 inch strips
24 slices of cucumber, cut into ¾ inch thick slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
4⁄5 of a garlic pod
Sprinkle of black pepper and salt
Toss in your favourite herb -
Cilantro
Dill * (chef's favourite)
Parsley
Instructions:
Add all these ingredients to a blitzer and blitz!
Meantime slice your cucumber rounds -deep enough that you can make a small carve out by the seed for the cream cheese to go on.
Then final step is to make your smoked salmon roses and assemble into cucumber rounds with your lemon and dill infused cream cheese.
