On the palate are, delicate, flattering, generous portions of tannins and astringency. While this wine can be enjoyed after a few years of cellaring, its structure and natural depth lend it great age ability. A perfect wine to be enjoyed with grilled meats and sausages. One may also want to pair with that thick cut of meaty tuna.
