The aromas are subtle, yet complex revealing initial fragrances of home-made strawberry jam mixed with the fruitiness of vineyard peaches and warm velvety notes of gingerbread. On the palate, the deep powerful mouthfeel offers a burst of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry nestled in velvety whipped cream. The Rosé Réserve is the result of meticulous attention and stands out for its unconventional character. It is also the result of juices from the first press only and, the wine benefits from a slow and long maturation of 3 to 4 years, far beyond the norms of the region.
