The Role
We are currently seeking a vibrant and innovative Store Manager to work in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing and organised with an eye for detail. A passion for sales and a commitment to excellence in customer care is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Manage the overall daily operation of the store to ensure profitability
- Create high levels of motivation and inspire the team to achieve superior results
- Maintain attractive in-store displays and ensure store appearance meets the highest standards
- Facilitate and participate in team training/educational sessions
- Maximise store profitability through sales and inventory analysis
- Assist with the planning and execution of Wine World events and activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail management/supervisory experience
- Energetic and self-motivated with effective leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and special events
- Knowledge of wines and spirits preferred
