Purple People Eater

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut a thicker ring of lemon, approximately ¼ inch thick. Cut the circle into triangles. Cut a small slit into the middle of the rind edge of the triangle, just past the rind (not too far up) and not on a seam of the lemon segments. Set these aside.
  2. Pour the blue curacao and grenadine into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the vodka and a large scoop of ice.
  4. Shake the vodka mixture for 30 seconds, until the shaker is very cold.
  5. Fill the cocktail glass with ice. Strain the vodka into the glass.
  6. Top with lemonade as needed to be full (may need more or less than 4 ounces).
  7. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a ping pong eyeball. Serve.

Vampire’s Kiss Punch

(Serves 10)

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
  • 3 oz fresh lime juice
  • 5 oz Rose LaFlamme Grenadine Syrup
  • 8 oz pineapple juice, chilled
  • 16 oz pomegranate juice
  • 10 canned lychees, drained
  • 2 oz raspberry jam
  • 3 oz pomegranate molasses
  • 10 large blueberries
  • 6 drops red food colouring

Instructions:

  1. Combine the pomegranate juice, pineapple juice, vodka, grenadine syrup, and fresh lime juice in a large jug and transfer to the fridge to chill.
  2.  Fill the lychees with raspberry jam. Take a blueberry and gently ease one into each hole, allowing some of the jam to ooze out. Spread some of the jam that has oozed gently over the lychee so it looks similar to veins. Skewer gently onto the centre of a cocktail stick and set aside until ready.
  3.  Pour the pomegranate molasses onto a saucer and add a few drops of the red food colouring. Stir to combine. Add a few more drops of red food colouring if you want a more intense colour – the gorier the better.
  4.  Dip the rim of the glasses into the red molasses, allow the excess to drip off, then turn upright so the rest runs down the sides of the glass. Gently pour the punch into the glasses then place the cocktail stick across the top. Serve.
