Grapefruit spritz

Spritz up your Summer party cocktail menu with a zesty grapefruit drink, topped off with a dash of Aperol and a splash of Prosecco. Garnish with a twist


Ingredients

  • 50ml grapefruit juice
  • 25ml Peychaud Aromatic Cocktail Bitters
  • ice
  • 50ml Canti Prosecco
  • a twist of grapefruit zest


Method

Pour the grapefruit juice and Peychaud Aromatic Cocktail Bitters into a chilled coupe glass. Add ice and gently stir to combine. Top up with Canti Prosecco, garnish with a twist of grapefruit zest and serve immediately.
