Add Plantation XO 20th Anniversary Rum, simple syrup, lime and lemon juice mix and ice to a shaker. Shake vigorously until combined.

Add ice to a serving glass and pour mixture, top with two dashes of Peychaud Aromatic Cocktail Bitters and a sprinkle of nutmeg for a unique twist.

Garnish with a lime wedge or peel and a cinnamon stick for a touch of Caribbean flavour.
