Method
1. Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a glass.
2. Pour mixture into a shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously.
3. Pour unstrained into a glass over ice.
4. Combine Stade's Barbados White Rum and Blue De Kuyper Blue Curacao Liqueur in a shaker and shake vigorously.
5. Pour into glass gentle to keep the colours separate.
6. Garnish with pineapple ring and orange peel.
