Browse Our Store
You do not need to create an account to browse our online store, however, if you register you will be able to view previous orders, change your billing address and account preferences. Credit card information is not required.
Payment Options
We only accept Visa and Mastercards online. Your credit card information is used only at the time of payment. However, you can choose to save your card details at the time of checkout. Your credit card details are not saved in our databases. They are processed by our payment processor via a secure payment gateway. View our privacy policy.
Online Ordering
You may place an order online, by telephone, fax or email.
Website: Simply browse our selection and place items you wish to purchase into your cart. You can choose the delivery date and time. If you select Store Pickup as the delivery option at checkout you may choose to collect your order from any store location. Once your order is submitted you will receive an email confirmation and one of our representatives will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm availability of all items and delivery.

Delivery Service and Store Pickup
Wineworldinc.com is open to taking orders online 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We do, however, observe all National Holidays in Barbados. Should your order be scheduled to be delivered on one of these days, we will reschedule for the next business day.
International Deliveries
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Free Delivery
We offer FREE island wide delivery in Barbados on orders $250 BBD and more. Orders less than $250 BBD can be collected at any one of our six locations or we can deliver for a fee of $25 BBD. Our delivery team is on the road Monday through Saturday. We require 48 hours within which to make the delivery. Please note the delivery fee applies to one delivery location per order. Additional delivery locations may inccur a delivery fee.
Next Day Delivery
We are happy to offer next day delivery on orders placed Monday through Friday before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered on the following delivery day. Orders placed from 5pm on Friday through 5pm on Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.
To make arrangements for your purchase to be delivered, at checkout, simply select the day and period of time we can deliver your purchase. Please indicate your preferred delivery window: 12pm to 3pm or 2pm to 5pm.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we require that they are signed for by an adult upon delivery. We cannot accept any instructions to leave the goods in any location, however secure, without being signed for.
Store Pickup
If you select Store Pickup as the delivery option at checkout you can choose which Wine World store you wish to collect your order from. Store Pickups will be available for pick up the next business day.
You can pick up your order yourself or have someone else do it.
If you're picking up yourself: Have your order number (from the "Order Confirmation" email) and a valid government-issued photo ID ready.
If someone else is picking up:
- You (the purchaser) need to provide the contact details of the person collecting your order at checkout.
- In the order comments at checkout, provide the pickup person's full name and phone number.
- The pickup person will need to show their valid government-issued photo ID and the order number at the store. (They must be 18 years of age or older).
Wine World reserves the right to decline delivery if you or your representative cannot verify your identity.
Return Policy
Product that is sealed, has not been chilled and is in saleable condition (no damaged labels) may be returned within three business days of original purchase/delivery date.
Product must have been stored in a cool location and out of direct sunlight or heat.
Special Order items may not be returned.
Any products with quality issues may be exchanged, however fully/majority consumed bottles will not be accepted.
Original receipt must be produced when items are being returned.
Delivery fees are non-refunded.
Wine World retains the right to refuse any product deemed unsuitable for sale.
Gift Cards are final sale and are not refundable.

Gift Giving and Gift Wrapping
We offer free gift wrapping service for orders $500 BBD and over. We will be happy to wrap orders under $500 BBD for a fee of $.50 BBD per bottle. Gift wrapped orders require 72 hours advance notice.
To add gift options to your order simply click 'Gift options' on the cart or checkout page to add a message to your gift. Lastly, give us the recipient's name and the message you would like to send with your gift. Kindly provide the the recipient's address at checkout.
Christmas:The last orders to be taken for Gift Wrap will be December 19.
Gift Cards
Not sure which wine a friend would prefer? Why not give a Wine World gift card? Gift cards are available with a minimum value of $50 up to maximum value of $1,000 and are valid for 12 months. Wine World Gift cards are available at all store locations. You can also order using this link or via email, telephone or fax.
Wine World Gift cards are not currently accepted online but can be used as payment at all Wine World locations and COD payments. Wine World Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Pricing Policy
Our prices are quoted in Barbados Dollars and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT, 17.5%). Our conversion to US Dollars is $1.98 BBD = $1 USD. All prices are shown per bottle unless otherwise stated.
For wine and spirit purchases we offer a Single Bottle Price, 6 Bottle Price and a 12 Bottle Price. Our Single Bottle Price is a standard retail price.
Six Bottle Pricing
When you purchase 6 - 11 bottles of wine and/or spirits 70 cl and greater in size and receive a 10% discount. Our 6 Bottle Price includes your 10% discount. This pricing applies when you mix wine and spirit purchases. Note: Our 6 Bottle Price cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Twelve Bottle Pricing
When you purchase 12 bottles or more of wine and/or spirits 70 cl and greater in size, you receive a 20% discount. Our 12 Bottle Price includes your 20% discount. This pricing applies when you mix wine and spirit purchases. Note: Our 12 Bottle Price cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Our prices are subject to change at any time. Should there be a change in price at the time of your order, we will reconfirm your order total.
Consignment
Our Wine World stores have been the beverage suppliers for countless events in Barbados. From small get-togethers to large, multi-day events, we have the selection and service to make your next function a success. Sale & Return

Double BARP Tuesdays
Members of the Barbados Association of Retired Persons (BARP) receive 10% discount off all wines and spirits on presentation of the BARP membership card. Every Tuesday BARP members receive 20% discount at all Wine World stores.
If you are a BARP Members and wish receive your discount in our store online, kindly email us a photo of your valid BARP Membership card at info@wineworldinc.com.
BARP discount is applicable to all wines and spirits 50cl and larger in size and cannot be combined with any other promotion or special price. Discount may be withdrawn at any time for any reason.
