The red wine composition 'Salmos' Miguel Torres presents itself in a deep dark red with purple hues. Its mineral-embossed, intense bouquet with aromas of chocolate, caramel and candied dark fruit is fine, floral violet notes of thyme and rounded. Full-bodied flavour, soft & smooth, elegant with highly integrated, sweet tannins and mature finish. An intense wine, full of character that was born to conquer time. Excellent with game, lamb stews and also with pressed cheeses such as Manchego, Roncal or Mahones.
