Aged 10 months in French Oak Barrels. Sweeter notes are found in this aged mezcal, coconut, sweet almond and hazelnut can be uncovered in this complex spirit that expertly intertwines with notes of oak, cereal and mesquite delivering a rebellious bouquet. In Mexico, there is an expression that mezcal is meant to be kissed—you’re supposed to sip it very slowly, enjoying every drop. Mexicans insist mezcal should be something you share and not something you rush through. Traditionally mezcal is served straight and at room temperature in a wide clay pot called copita. This special vessel allows all the flavours and aromas of this artisanal spirit to open in a special way.
