It is a unique product of singular juiciness and flavour. Upon slicing, the aroma creates an anticipation of heightened flavours. Cured for 40 days using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage. Ingredients: Pork meat, salt, pimenton, dextrin, dextrose, garlix, oregano.
