Welcome Spuntino - garlic rubbed crostini with whipped goat cheese, fire-roasted grapes & rosemary
Tuna alla Puttanesca - rare yellowfin garnished with capers, olives and tomatoes. Served over poached butter beans tossed in a citrus salsa verde.
Elicoidali alla Vodka - durum wheat pasta in a fire roasted tomato cream with calabrian chili & fresh basil
Tuscan Peposo - slow braised lamb with herbed carrots, roasted garlic mash & West Indian gremolata
Tiramisu - spiced rum & espresso dipped lady fingers with mascarpone cream & cacao
