You do not need to create an account to browse our online store, however, if you register you will be able to view previous orders, change your billing address and account preferences. Credit card information is not required.
You may pay for your order by cash or credit card at the time of delivery. However, credit cards cannot be used in our online store at this time. If you wish to pay for your online order by credit card, we will send a quotation and our credit card authorization form. Once confirmed we can proceed with delivery. Your credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to delivery.

Website: Simply browse our selection and place items you wish to purchase into your cart. You can choose the delivery date and time. If you select Store Pickup as the delivery option at checkout you may choose to collect your order from any store location. Once your order is submitted you will receive an email confirmation and one of our representatives will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm availability of all items and delivery.

We’re happy to accept returns of product which is sealed and has not been chilled within 30 days of original purchase. Product to be returned should have been stored in a cool location out of any direct sunlight or heat. Simply bring your purchase and original receipt to any of our store locations. For large orders, returns must be made within 3 business days and within terms of our Sale & Return policy. We do not accept returns for special orders.
If you’re concerned with the quality of your wine we are happy to exchange your purchase for an alternate bottle or provide you with a store credit for the value. We will accept wines whereby some of the wine has been tasted, however; fully consumed bottles of wine will not be accepted. Simply bring your purchase and original receipt to any of our store locations.
Delivery Service and Store Pickup
Wineworldinc.com is open to taking orders online 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We do, however, observe all National Holidays in Barbados. Should your order be scheduled to be delivered on one of these days, we will reschedule for the next business day.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer FREE island wide delivery in Barbados on orders $500 BDS and more. Orders less than $500 BDS can be collected at any one of our five locations or incur a $25 delivery fee. Our delivery team is on the road Monday through Saturday. We require 48 hours within which to make the delivery.
Same Day Delivery
We are happy to offer same day delivery on any items we have in stock. Same day delivery requests can be made Monday through Friday up until 11 am.
To make arrangements for your purchase to be delivered simply contact us and advise the day and period of time we can deliver your purchase. Kindly give us a three-hour window within which we can make your delivery (i.e. 1 pm to 3 pm).
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we require that they are signed for by an adult upon delivery. We cannot accept any instructions to leave the goods in any location, however secure, without being signed for.
If you select Store Pickup as the delivery option at checkout you can choose which Wine World store you wish to collect your order from.

We offer free gift wrapping service for orders $500 BDS and over. We will be happy to wrap orders under Bds $500 for a fee of $.50 BDS per bottle. Gift wrapped offers require 72 hours advance notice.
To add gift options to your order simply click 'Gift Options' on the cart page to add a message to your gift. Lastly, give us the recipient's name and the message you would like to send with your gift. Kindly provide the the recipient's address at checkout.
Not sure which wine a friend would prefer? Why not give a Wine World gift card? Gift cards are available with a minimum value of Bds $50.00 valid for 12 months. Wine World Gift cards are available at all store locations. You can also order via email, telephone or fax.
Wine World Gift cards are not currently accepted online but can be used as payment at all Wine World locations and COD payments. Wine World Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Our prices are quoted in Barbados Dollars and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT, 17.5%). Our conversion to US Dollars is $2 BDS = $1 USD. All prices are shown per bottle unless otherwise stated.
For wine and spirit purchases we offer a Single Bottle Price and a 12 Bottle Price. Our Single Bottle Price is a standard retail price. When you purchase 12 bottles or more of wine and/or spirits you receive a 20% discount. Our 12 Bottle Price includes your 20% discount. This pricing applies when you mix wine and spirit purchases.
Note: Our 12 Bottle Price cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
