We’re happy to accept returns on product which is sealed and has not been chilled within 30 days of original purchase. Simply bring your purchase and original receipt to any of our store locations. For large orders, returns must be made within 3 business days and within terms of our Sale & Return policy. We do not accept returns for special orders.
If you’re concerned with the quality of your wine we are happy to exchange your purchase for an alternate bottle or provide you with a store credit for the value. We will accept wines whereby some of the wine has been tasted however; fully consumed bottles of wine will not be accepted. Simply bring your purchase and original receipt to any of our store locations.
